Experience an ever-changing array of tantalizing flavors at Bing's. Our menu is a dynamic tapestry of culinary delights, with weekly rotations that keep your taste buds anticipating what's to come. Each week, we present both carnivore and vegan options, ensuring there's something delectable for everyone. Our commitment to quality starts with our bao dough, meticulously crafted by hand to achieve the perfect texture. With skill and care, our chefs wrap the dough around fillings that are exclusively made from scratch in-house. This dedication to freshness and authenticity sets our bao apart from the rest. While our popularity continues to soar, we strive to maintain a balance between demand and supply. Rest assured, we usually have ample quantities available well into the early evening each day. From the beloved classics like Char Siu, Siopao, and Philly Cheesesteak to the exciting creations of Garlic Chicken, Breakfast, Thai Basil Beef, Kimchi Carnitas, Blue Swimmer Crab, Tika Masala, Berbere, and Kung Pow, our menu caters to diverse palates and culinary preferences. We value your input and welcome suggestions for new and exciting bao combinations.   • Two Tender Korean Fried Chicken Rice Bowl: This bowl features two succulent chicken breast strips that are sliced into bite-size pieces and glazed to perfection. Served over seasoned basmati rice and accompanied by a side salad to create a satisfying and balanced meal.
  • Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich: Our delicious take on the classic fried chicken sandwich features a single glazed chicken breast strip served on a French roll with fresh greens and your choice of house-made pickles or kimchi. The perfect combination of crispy and juicy. 
  • Korean Fried Chicken & Waffles: Two pieced of sliced ginger soy Korean fried chicken breast served alongside fresh, made-to-order waffle cut into bites. Served with our signature Bing's Maple Chili Syrup. A perfect balance between sweet and savory.
  • Ahi Tuna Loin Poke Bowl: Our poke bowl features a generous 4 oz portion of Yellowfin Tuna Loin served over fragrant basmati rice. Presented with house-made aioli, tobiko, and marinated seaweed, this bowl is both visually stunning and full of delicious flavors. The addition of crispy lotus root adds a satisfying crunch to each bite. 
  • Mayak Avocado: Our addictive savory avocado with sliced cucumbers, Serrano peppers, and a soy sauce based marinade is served over a bed of seasoned basmati rice or on a toasted French roll from Back Porch Bakery. The perfect balance of sweet, salty, and spicy makes this dish a favorite. 
  • Vegan Scallops: We take trumpet mushrooms and slice them to resemble sea scallops, then marinate them in a flavorful house-made veggie stock. Each one is seared to perfection and served over a bed of fresh arugula. Finished with a sprinkle of truffle salt & Old Bay Seasoning.
  • Spicy Shiitake Salad: Our Spicy Shiitake Salad features sliced shiitake mushrooms from Mighty Cap in Paso. These are lightly tossed in a secret spice mix with garlic and ginger, marinated overnight and served over a bed of fresh greens. The shiitake mushrooms are savory and meaty, while the spice mix adds a kick of heat that's perfectly balanced with the freshness of the greens. Whether you're looking for a light lunch or a satisfying side dish, this salad is sure to please.
  • Soy Cured Egg: Our soft boiled egg is cured in a flavorful blend of soy and mirin and topped with our house-blended  Umami Dust. Perfect as a snack or as an addition to any meal, this egg is sure to delight.
  • Spicy Squid Snack: This classic Korean bar snack features tender squid marinated in the perfect spice blend to pair with your favorite beverage. With just the right amount of heat and a satisfying chew, this snack is addictive and delicious.
  • Soy Braised Potatoes: We start with Yukon Gold potatoes, which are known for their buttery and creamy texture. The potatoes are then slow-cooked in our house-made Lo Shui stock, a flavorful soy-based sauce that's slightly sweet and savory. Finished with green onion & sesame.
  • Garlic Green Beans: Fresh cut green beans are tossed in our delicious Chinese-Style garlic sauce, which is savory, spicy, and slightly sweet. Great as a side dish or a snack.
  • Edamame Snack: Our edamame is served in the shell and sprinkled with a generous amount of Fleur de Sel salt. Nutritious and satisfying. 
  • "The 2319" Kids Noodles: Our lo mein noodles are tossed with our kids' favorite spice mix for a dish that's both flavorful and kid-friendly. Perfect as a snack or a meal for the little ones, this dish is sure to please even the pickiest eaters.
  • Korean Cucumber Salad: Thick sliced cucumbers are marinated in a flavorful blend of garlic, soy, onion, sesame, and Taekyung for a refreshing and savory bite. Perfect as a side dish or a snack, this salad is a great way to add some vegetables to your meal or cleanse your pallet between wine tastetings.
  • Kimchi Grilled Cheese: Crispy brioche bread from Backporch Bakery stuffed with carefully melted mozzarella and pepper jack cheese, paired with our homemade kimchi that adds a tangy and savory flavor to every bite. This unique grilled cheese is sure to impress and satisfy.
  • Kimchi Fried Rice: Fragrant basmati rice stir-fried with umami filled shiitake mushrooms, bold and tangy house-made kimchi, and a cage free egg. Topped with a crispy fried egg with a luscious yolk. Great to share or save for quick easy to reheat leftovers.

  • Korean Corn Cheese: Our delicious Korean street food favorite is a savory and cheesy dish that's perfect as a side or appetizer. Made with sweet corn kernels, creamy cheese, and a touch of heat from jalapeno and bell pepper, this dish is a flavor explosion in every bite. 
  • Fresh House Made Chili Crunch: Our Fresh House Made Chili Crunch is a spicy chili sauce that can be put on just about anything. Made with a blend of Japones, Arbol, Kashmiri, and Sichuan chilies, this sauce packs a flavorful punch that's perfectly balanced with our secret spice mix. You can take this delicious sauce home with you to add a spicy kick to your favorite meals.
